Use of the Platform

Educational Purpose:

  • EDUSidekick is designed to enhance learning through AI-powered, hand-crafted lessons, in-line coding, and real-time compilers directly in the browser. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive learning experience; however, we make no guarantees regarding individual learning outcomes, as everyone learns at their own pace.

AI-Generated Content:

  • The content and feedback generated by our AI are intended to assist in your learning journey. However, as with all AI-generated content, there may be inaccuracies, and users should not solely rely on the platform for critical decision-making.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership:

  • All content provided on EDUSidekick, including lessons, code examples, AI-generated responses, and other materials, is the intellectual property of EDUSidekick. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Service Availability:

  • EDUSidekick is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Learning Outcomes:

  • EDUSidekick shall not be held liable for any failure to achieve desired learning outcomes. Users are responsible for their own learning journey, and we encourage them to use the platform as a tool among others.

Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDUSidekick, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform.

Termination by User:

  • You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during a monthly billing cycle, you will retain access to the platform for the remainder of that billing cycle, after which your access will be terminated, and you will no longer be charged.

Yearly Subscription Cancellation:

  • If you cancel a yearly subscription, a prorated charge at the monthly rate will apply for the number of months you have used the service. If cancellation occurs after 10 months of the 1-year term, future billing will be immediately canceled. However, due to proration and applied discounts, no refund will be provided. You may continue to use the platform for the remainder of the yearly billing cycle.

Such terminations will be enacted to protect the integrity and security of the service.

Prohibited Uses:

  • You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to borrow, steal, or recreate ideas, content, or features for use in a competing service or platform. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of your access to EDUSidekick and may lead to legal action.
